Windowsupdate.com Wsus Fail
It was OK for Windows 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2016 Technology Preview 5. Have you posted it in the WSUS forum? Sorry guys, this took us about 2 hours to solve this issue including to search for what had happened again. The update installs but after a reboot I get an error message a couple of minutes later in the Application log: EventID 507, Source: Windows Server Update Services "Update Services failed http://isusaa.org/windows-update/windowsupdate-80010108-windowsupdate-dt000.php
This product ends its life cycle in July 2017, and we've got more changes planned to help support Windows as a service, so it doesn't make sense to pull this product Uninstalled it. They pop up when approving in WSUS, and this might have alerted many admins to either defer the update or at least be aware that this update is unusual, special, different, But after today's patch Tuesday, I found my WSUS server non-functional. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg153542.aspx
